Peter R. Pratt
While many attorneys are litigators, few have had the volume of experience or the broad exposure of practice areas of Pete Pratt. In matters as diverse as complex litigation, personal injury, employment, domestic, bankruptcy, property, criminal defense, construction, death penalty appeals, and many more areas. Pete has gone to court and obtained favorable overcomes for his clients.
Pete has conducted over a hundred trials, argued thousands of motions, and loves fighting for his clients, in or out of the court. Pete’s clients know they can count on him.
As a young attorney, Pete has a client who had been turned down by 17 other lawyers, telling him there was no chance to win the case. Pete took the case to trial and ended up with the recovery of over a million dollars in assets, as well as having the other party thrown in jail for a month. In one of his death penalty appeals matters, his client ended up free on time served after the successful appeal.
Pete loves solving problems for clients, whether in or out of court. He had one client, who had lost a matter with a previous attorney after spending a very large sum on the case. Pete listened to the client about the true intentions and motives of the opposing party, came up with a clever solution, and the judgement was reversed through the relatively inexpensive solution, without any further litigation.
Let Pete take on your troubles and provide you with a favorable solution, in or out of court.
